Seven years ago, there was an unknown object that appeared in Kiriya Lake's sky. People were scared because no one knew what it was or where it came from. However, over time, this event became a popular tourist attraction. Eventually, the world lost interest and the saucer remained forgotten. Now, Nonoka Komiya returns to Kiriya after living in Tokyo for seven years. Although she has hazy memories of her time there, seeing Noel sparks her recollection of wishes made with four friends in an old observatory.
