In this story, Genzou, a renowned animal lover from Japan, is suddenly transported to another realm where mythical creatures roam freely. The princess of this land requests his assistance in eliminating these beasts in order to safeguard her kingdom. However, instead of complying with her request, Genzou chooses to protect these creatures instead. He establishes a pet store for them but struggles with selling them due to his emotional attachment. This leads to financial difficulties for his new business. Alongside his demi-human employees, Genzou embarks on a journey to find loving homes for these magical beings.
