Every 20 years, a secret game is held where participants engage in a battle royale using sorcery, weapons, and hand-to-hand combat. Over a hundred Japanese sorcery associations participate by sending one Master each to compete. The tournament continues night after night with participants taking the lives of one another until only one survivor remains. Maiko Mizumaki enters the game in an attempt to save her friend Hino, who has been affected by an Anomaly. To do so, she must survive until the end and acquire the strongest Anomaly Sandalphon.
