In an alternate Edo period Japan, Kuromitsu, accompanied by his loyal servant Ji, serves as the final headmaster of the renowned Toku-Tokugawa household. Despite losing everything due to recent conflicts and being left penniless, Kuromitsu remains proud and maintains a lordly demeanor, determined to restore honor to the once-great Toku-Tokugawa family name and reclaim their former glory.
