Chiharu is drawn to Natsuki and Rika due to their romantic relationship in the Quiz Show Club. As a result, she joins the club in order to be near them. While there, she meets Tokino who also admires their romantic bond. As they both watch Natsuki and Rika together, they develop their own romantic relationship.

Okujou no Yurirei-san Side B: Nakayoshi Quiz is a sequel to Liar-softs visual novel Okujou no Yurirei-san.The series was published in English as Kindred Spirits on the Roof by Seven Seas Entertainment in an omnibus volume together with Okujou no Yurirei-san Side A: Mou Hitotsu no Yuritopia on January 31, 2017.
