Shuji and his younger sister, Saki, lead a tranquil life together. However, beneath the surface, Shuji harbors secret feelings for Saki, which cause his libido to become increasingly uncontrollable. One day, Saki expresses her love for him, revealing that she has always been thinking about him since childhood. As a result, they begin a romantic relationship. Their happiness is short-lived, as an email arrives with the message "I know everything" attached to a photo of Saki changing clothes and engaging in self-pleasure. Saki believes her stalker is responsible for the image and the subsequent immoral demands she receives. Despite initially resisting, Saki becomes addicted to the orders. The question arises: will Shuji be able to rescue Saki from her predicament?
