There exists a conflict within our solar system between two groups: Neo Terrors (representing Earth) and New Soral (space colonies). A third party with significant military strength is Cordelia, a fortified city built on Uranus' secondary planet. General Alicia Viewstream and Maya Cordelia, the imperial heir, have formed an alliance with New Soral. The main character, Dino Dirasso from Neo Terrors, aims to prevent this alliance through radical measures. He utilizes a secret brainwashing lab in the Yekel battleship for personality destruction training on both women.
