Odaiba in Tokyo is a tall building without any people living in it. Woo arrived from Hong Kong carrying "The Black Book of Fairy Tales." He was accompanied by an Englishman and a young Eurasian woman who he introduced as a consultant. When Woo searched her coat for weapons, he discovered that she had numerous pockets filled with books, magazines, newspapers, and other items.
