The K virus is released from Fieldwar Labs, causing an outbreak of flesh-eating zombies in Tokyo. With humanity on the brink of extinction, Madara sends out its newest member, Itachi, on a mission to find a cure for the virus. Despite the danger and chaos surrounding him, Itachi must navigate through the city's streets to locate the missing key that holds Japan's future.

Tokyo Undead was published in English by Seven Seas Entertainment in a single omnibus on October 18, 2016.
