On one occasion, Miho Shinohara receives two stuffed dinosaurs from an unknown individual. These toys magically come to life and offer her a sketchbook and pen that allow her to create drawings within certain parameters. Through these illustrations, she can bring them to reality. Additionally, Miho has the ability to transform into Fancy Lala, whom she names herself. Her new identity is discovered by Yumi Haneishi, president of Lyrical Productions, leading her on a journey towards fame and success in the entertainment industry.
