Karen Aijou and Hikari Kagura, along with eight other students from Seishou Music Academy, have completed their performance of "Starlight." They are now focused on securing lead roles in next year's production. As they train and hone their skills on stage, they continue to improve each day. However, their progress is disrupted when Seiran General Arts Institute invites its students to perform "Starlight." This new threat forces the girls of Seishou Academy to compete once more for the exclusive right to perform the play. In doing so, they must confront their personal issues and recall memories from their past. Ultimately, the stage girls must determine whether they will succeed on stage or lose sight of what they hold dear.
