Two inspectors from the MWPSB, Arata Shindou and Kei Mikhail Ignatov, are tasked with navigating a society under the watchful eye of Sibyl, a collective consciousness system that is supposed to be fair and impartial. However, they face challenges such as rising anti-immigrant sentiment, political interference, and individuals who seek to test the limits of Sibyl's capabilities. As a result, they must decide whether to uphold or challenge the system.
