Doll Karate, Dolkara, Dorukara, どるから

Ishii Kazuyoshi is released from jail after two years and then dies shortly thereafter when hit by a truck. A talking cat gives him a chance at life again, waking up in the body of a high school girl who had been comatose for three days. The cat assigns him to help restore his new owner's run-down karate dojo, as he was previously the director of a tournament.
