Asakusa Midori is feeling discouraged about creating her own anime and doesn't know where to start. She meets Mizusaki Tsubame, who secretly dreams of becoming an animator but lacks the confidence to take that first step alone. With the help of Midoris money-loving best friend Kanamori Sayaka, the trio works together towards their shared goal of creating their "ideal world" in anime form.
