The Telephone Pole Gang, an infamous secret society with malicious intentions, plans to seize control of the world by first capturing a specific prefecture in Kyuushuu. To counteract their nefarious schemes, Imazuru High School establishes the Earth Defense Force, consisting of problematic teachers and students from the school, along with a cyborg transfer student from India. The Telephone Pole Gang is led by Chilthonian, who is assisted by Colonel Baradaki and Ryūko Harataki, posing as a high school student at Imazuru High School.
