After the end of the initial rap battle competition, Ramuda Amemura and Jakurai Jinguji returned to their respective divisions with the intention of enhancing their rapping abilities for the upcoming tournament. Meanwhile, Dice Arisugawa, who had wagered all his money in the competition, found himself without any funds to repay his debt to his friends. Feeling dejected, he encountered a stranger who offered him cash in exchange for transporting boxes to a Yokohama port at night. Although initially hesitant, Dice agreed to the offer out of curiosity. On another front, a young child approached Doppo Kannonzaka on his way home from work, urging him to take them to see Jakurai. The child's older brother had been kidnapped by a Yokohama gang, and they were demanding a ransom. Informing Doppo of this urgent matter, Jakurai, along with Hifumi Izanami, set out to confront the gang in the dead of night. When they arrived at the scene, they encountered old acquaintances as well as enemies they had not seen in a while. Driven by their determination to uncover the truth behind these incidents, Ramuda and Jakurai were more resolute than ever.
