Sarazanmai The Official Anthology Manga, アンソロジー みんなでさらざんまい

This is a compilation of more than a dozen brief narratives that are based on the popular anime series created by Kunihiko Ikuhara (Sailor Moon, Revolutionary Girl Utena, PENGUINDRUM). In this story, three junior high school students named Kazuki, Toi, and Enta accidentally damage a statue representing a mythical kappa. As punishment from Keppi, the prince of the Kappa Kingdom, they are transformed into kappa themselves. Keppi assigns them a mission to hunt down undead kappa that have emerged as a result of twisted human desires. However, in order to complete this task, they must confront their own deepest fears and desires with one another. This unique take on a modern folktale has garnered significant attention in 2019 as an anime fan favorite.

Anthology Minna de Sarazanmai was published in English as Sarazanmai: The Official Manga Anthology by Seven Seas Entertainment on October 19, 2021.
