Eiko Kagehara is deeply passionate about her favorite MMORPG that she has been playing with her friends for 15 years. She has assumed the role of a renowned blacksmith within the game. However, when her friends begin to depart for various reasons such as marriage, parenthood, and career changes, Eiko is taken aback. Her close friends leaving causes her to feel disoriented. In fact, under the influence of alcohol, she accidentally reveals her in-game username to her attractive new coworker. This new colleague happens to be someone that Eiko had helped in-game previously, and now wishes to reciprocate her kindness by teaching her how to embrace love outside of her virtual world.
