Magic is a field that has its own set of dangerous spells called spellblades. These rare and mysterious spells are only known for their lethal power. Every year in spring, new students enter the prestigious Kimberly magic school, where they are welcomed with parades featuring magical creatures. Among these students is Oliver Horn, who becomes intrigued by a girl with unusual clothing and a Japanese sword during the ceremony. As Oliver observes, he discovers that Kimberly is not all it seems, with labyrinths, monsters, and other threats endangering the new students. Nanatsu no Maken ga Shihai suru follows two warriors as they uncover the dark secrets hidden within Kimberly's walls.
