In a society where omegas are scarce, there exists a popular belief that one particular omega has a seductive nature that cannot be resisted. Omaki Kazua was eagerly awaiting his secondary gender test results when he stumbled upon Kurogane and Nadame Sachiyuki engaging in sexual activity at school. Sachiyuki then approached Omaki, declaring that they were "Fated Mates." Despite their initial reluctance to accept this claim, Omaki and others eventually realized that Sachiyuki was indeed the notorious "Problematic Omega," who refused to back down on his beliefs.
