Mizutamari ni Ukabu Shima  

Minato Myoujin is an 11-year-old student who often spends time alone with his younger sister Nagisa due to his mother's frequent absences. Their neighbor Futaba Tachibana and Zarame, the local shrine's puppy, provide them with companionship. Despite his mother's occasional presence in their lives, Minato knows that she always eventually returns home. After two weeks of being away, Minato's mother returns just in time for Nagisa's birthday, and they all go to an amusement park to celebrate. However, during the Ferris wheel ride, Minato's mother leaves him and Nagisa in the ride and disappears into the night just before thunder strikes two of the ride's cars. When he regains consciousness, Minato discovers that he has switched bodies with someone who is wanted by the police for murder. Now on the run, Minato must find a way to return to his body in order to protect his sister.
