Bishoujo ni Natta kedo, Netoge Haijin Yattemasu.  

The narrative revolves around Jintarou Futsu, a high school student who had his confession rejected by his crush. His misfortune escalates when he is transformed into a beautiful silver-haired girl due to a gender-change disease. To cope with this shock, he immerses himself in the virtual reality massively multiplayer online game, Clan/Clan. His in-game character bears the same appearance as in real life and possesses the Alchemy skill, often considered a wasteful talent by other players. Throughout his journey in Clan/Clan, he encounters various fellow adventurers who aid him in growing stronger within the game world, which promotes the slogan "When one becomes an adventurer, they can fight, steal, control, explore, invent, create, and do anything as they please." Despite hiding his true identity from his friends who also play the game, he must reveal his appearance at school when summer break ends. This tale highlights the transformation of a National-class adventurer, the Alchemist who won a war without taking a single step, into a net-game addict when faced with the reality of turning into a beautiful girl.
