One Operation Joker  

The villainous Joker requires a symbol of righteousness in order to demonstrate that malevolence will ultimately triumph. Following Batman's accidental immersion in a toxic substance resulting in his transformation into an infant, it falls upon the Joker to nurture him into a hero in order to establish his own supremacy.
