Koby is a teenage student at the New World Academy who seeks to make one hundred friends after transferring from his previous school. He quickly befriends Monkey D. Luffy, a rubber boy, in just minutes. Despite their apathetic teacher, Koby and Luffy have exciting lives at the academy and encounter various eccentric classmates. In their daily adventures, they face the seven most powerful students in school, known as the Shichibukai, and disregard the rules set by the student council led by Lucci Rob, one of the teachers' lackeys.
