In recent times, there has been a sense of tranquility in our society. This calmness can be attributed to a clandestine group known as "DA - Direct Attack," which operates in secret to prevent criminal activities. Their team of exceptional young women, known as "Lycoris," is responsible for maintaining this peacefulness in our daily lives. Among them is Chisato Nishikigi, the strongest Lycoris agent of all time, who is highly skilled in combat. Her counterpart is Takina Inoue, a talented but enigmatic member of Lycoris with exceptional abilities. They work together at Café LycoReco, which offers services ranging from coffee and sweets to childcare, shopping, teaching Japanese to foreign students, among others. Despite their contrasting personalities - Chisato being free-spirited and optimistic while Takina is cool-headed and efficient - their lives are filled with chaos as they navigate through their daily tasks.
