Higurashi: When They Cry - Gou, ひぐらしのなく頃に 業

Keiichi is new to the rural village of Hinamizawa but has quickly formed close friendships with Satoko Houjou, Rika Furude, Mion Sonozaki, and Rena Ryuuguu. They welcome him into their after-school club where they play games and impose penalties daily. Despite appearances, there are underlying issues that can lead to tragic consequences. These events have occurred before, and someone is manipulating them to bring about disaster. As the Cotton Drifting Festival approaches, it becomes clear that someone close to them is responsible for the impending doom.
