In the not-too-distant future, humans face imminent danger as enigmatic beings known as "Huge" emerge. Despite this threat, brave young women known as "Lilies" persist in their efforts to save what remains, wielding sophisticated weapons called "CHARMs." Across the globe, gardens have become strongholds against the Huge, serving as training grounds for Lily warriors. Riri Hitotsuyanagi, a newcomer at Yurigaoka Girls Academy in Tokyo, forms Team Hitotsuyanagi alongside her new friends for a crucial mission. As fate would have it, the destinies of Yurigaoka Girls Academy, Ludovic Girls Academy, Herensuge Girls Academy, Kanba Girls School of Arts, Odaiba Girls School, and Sagami Women's High School become intertwined.
