After overcoming numerous obstacles and achieving the ideal world, Rika Furude and her companions can finally enjoy their normal lives in Hinamizawa's mountain village. However, despite her initial belief that she would no longer have any concerns, Rika soon discovers that this is not entirely true following an accident. Upon awakening from her ordeal, she realizes that the world she thought she knew has changed significantly: Satoko Houjou is distant, Keiichi Maebara never relocated to Hinamizawa, and her parents are still alive. In this new reality, although it may not be perfect, Rika finds herself attracted to its allure. Now, she must make a difficult decision: whether to remain in this alternate world or return to the one she fought so hard to transform.
