Despite being recognized as the second-best student at school, Takeru Shirasaki comes from an impoverished family with a father who never returns home. He works part-time and hides his difficult living situation at school. In recent months, there has been a sense of unease in the rural town where he resides due to the construction of unusual structures. Additionally, Takeru is approached by suspicious individuals offering large sums of money for his house.
