世界から猫が消えたなら

The story revolves around a 30-year-old postman who suffers from a persistent headache. Upon visiting a doctor, he learns that he has a brain tumor and is given a grim prognosis. Suddenly, a devil appears before him and proposes a deal. In exchange for an extension of his life, the protagonist must give up something precious to him - either his own existence or the memories of those dear to him, including his girlfriend, friend, watch, and father.
