"Satsui" Doctor Ranmaru  

Dr. Ranmaru may appear flippant and inappropriate for a medical professional, but he takes patient care very seriously. Despite this, it's unknown what his true intentions are outside of work hours. During the day, he treats patients, while at night, he removes harmful individuals from society through "surgery." His targets often include those who have negatively impacted his daytime patients. After Maria saves her grandfather with Dr. Ranmaru's help, she begins working part-time in his office. As she gets to know him better, will she uncover his dangerous secret?
