Takuya and Miki return to their hometown for a friend's wedding anniversary. Upon arrival, Takuya receives a call from their friends, whom they were unable to contact during the trip due to poor reception. The only words that can be heard clearly are "help" and "Hijuumura." Despite calling the police, they cannot understand what has been said. Determined to rescue their friends, Takuya and Miki leave to find them, but soon discover that the place they entered was not meant for outsiders.

Hijuumura is an adaptation of Ren Shirokis web novel of the same title.
