Even Dogs Fall in Love, 犬も歩けば恋がはじまる

Sora pometani is a high school student who transforms into a pomeranian when anxious. one day, while in this state, he meets his classmate and love interest, makito matsuda. despite being in his pomeranian form, makito recognizes sora as resembling his deceased grandmother's beloved dog, "pometa." as a result, makito takes sora home with him in his pomeranian form. later, makito discovers sora's true constitution and asks him to visit his grandmother in this state to make her happy. this leads to sora being promoted from a mere classmate with a secret crush to one of makito's friends.
