In this tale, we follow the story of 16-year-old Aoi Aioi from a small mountainous town who dreams of becoming a musician. Along with her older sister Akane, their deceased parents' ex-boyfriend Shinnosuke Kanomura, and his alter ego Shinno - a time traveler from thirteen years ago - the narrative unfolds in this quaint little settlement. Aoi has always felt indebted to her sibling due to their tragic loss of their parents at the age of 13. One day, she receives an invitation to perform as a session musician for renowned enka singer Dankichi at a music festival. Meanwhile, Shinnosuke returns after being away for some time, and Shinno emerges from nowhere, causing Aoi to fall in love for the very first time.
