As Congressman Kawadas private secretary, Hirose is responsible for managing his correspondence, scheduling engagements, and turning a blind eye to the congressmans extramarital affairs. However, when he meets Akira Tanos latest conquest, Hirose struggles to understand why the young man hates him immediately. To learn more about Tano's past before becoming involved with Kawada, Hirose discovers a suspicious suicide linked to fraud and embezzlement.
