In a few years, Japan's state has vanished from existence. The island is now divided into two parts - north managed by Russia and south controlled by China. A demilitarized buffer zone separates these countries, marking the border between them. This area, once forbidden to people, is now home to the Wolang, a group of 49 individuals who were created as part of failed experiments carried out by the Chinese military with the intention of turning them into biological weapons against their Russian neighbor. With both China and Russia seeking to eliminate any evidence of these experiments or capture the Wolang for further study, they must navigate this dangerous situation in order to survive.
