The wedding of Eiichi was ruined by the suicide of a woman rumored to be a witch. His affair with his lover ended in disaster as she hung herself during his wedding to another woman. To the horror of the guests, the dead woman gave birth to a girl, whom they named Tsumiko (Great Shame). As Tsumiko grew up, she resembled her mother more and more each day.
