The narrative revolves around a person known as Sasami who is classified as a hikikomori or shut-in. She lacks motivation to perform basic tasks such as changing her clothes or eating, and her brother takes care of her despite her disdain for his subservient nature. Through her computer, Sasami views the outside world via a device called "Brother Surveillance Tool." Meanwhile, in real life, Sasamis brother and three beautiful Yagami sisters are involved in romantic relationships that could be featured in a romantic comedy.
