Kirika Hijiribashi serves as the Executive Committee Treasurer for a 800 million yen budget of the high school's Student Council. She holds an additional title as the Student Council Detective, responsible for finding innovative solutions to complex problems. Hikage Makimura, who recently joined the school, has been coerced into joining the council and is now working under Kirika as her assistant.
