Shinichi Sagara was a corporate warrior who worked tirelessly for days on end. Finally, he boarded a bus home but found himself transported to an alternate reality. A young goddess begged his forgiveness repeatedly as the story unfolded towards its climax. Feeling trapped in a country that treated outsiders like slaves, Shinichi decided to leave and seek freedom. He changed his name to Shin and relocated to another land where he could live at a slower pace. However, his new life was far from easy as he had to take care of an ungrateful prince, hunt for food, listen to the goddess' constant complaints, discipline the prince again, and ultimately contribute to society.
