One year has passed since Makabe Masamune and Adagaki Aki began their relationship. Although they are currently on a long-distance arrangement due to Aki's move to Sapporo for university studies, Koiwai Yoshino, who still resides at Akis home, was finally accepted into Juntama University after failing the entrance exam last year. Upon reuniting with Makabe, now in his second year at the same institution, they encountered a new freshman named Iroha, who drew them into a game and declared Makabe as her "lover" against his will.
