As soon as a woman gives birth, her baby emerges from her abdomen and matures into an adult within several minutes. No one knows who or what this newborn is. In Tibet, monks believe that a being called Kai appears when the receptacle of their divinity, Omega, faces a threat. Driven by curiosity to understand human desires, Kai journeys to Tokyo.
