Shiroshika Muku faced numerous challenges in her childhood, including losing her father, her best friend moving away, and having to live with her grandparents after her mother passed away. As she approaches her 21st birthday, Muku feels overwhelmed by her responsibilities as she tries to fill her father's role in her life while also finding a new job, paying for her grandfather's medical expenses, and supporting her little sister's education. Additionally, her grandmother constantly belittles her for being a woman and emphasizes the importance of having a man in her life. Despite these challenges, Muku feels trapped with no escape in sight. However, her childhood friend Yuto returns on a snowy day, providing her with much-needed support and hope for a brighter future.
