At first glance, Arashi Mikami seems like a typical 17-year-old high school student. However, he's actually part of Black Label, a secret vigilante organization that hunts down criminals who evade justice through legal means. While taking down a crime lord can be challenging, the consequences of any action are always significant. This is the story of Arashi and those close to him as they navigate their trials.
