Kei Nekozono and Rio Samemura are two friends from Kujirahama High School who have different appearances and personalities. They made a promise as children to join the gardening club together. However, they discovered that their school does not have such a club. As a result, they formed their own gardening club in an attempt to gather members. Despite their efforts, they are unsure of why everyone is not joining their club. Meanwhile, they are excited about the prospect of an attractive high school boy leisure life.
