Hooligan's, Hooligans

In London during the late 19th century, in the East End, there was a group known as "Hooligans," or "bastards." This group consisted of alchemists who were tasked with creating their version of "paradise" by transforming junkies into happy individuals through their alchemy skills. This was an exciting and thrilling time for these alchemists as they developed new rules for their alchemy battles.
