Nagasaki Prefecture in Japan is known as a mystical land where powerful wizards reside. Despite being unable to cross the sea, these wizards pose a significant threat that led Americans to drop bombs on them during World War II. The residents of Nagasaki are concerned about another potential attack, especially if regular humans perceive wizards as a danger. Mizukura Risuka is the daughter of the most powerful wizard alive and lives outside Nagasaki at ten years old. She searches for her father while also eliminating evil wizards. Her blood contains spells that control time, allowing her to accelerate her own life. Her ultimate technique activates only upon death, with her reforming as a twenty-seven-year-old version of herself, at the peak of her powers, for one minute. Kugi Kizutaka is Risuka's guide through the human world. At ten years old and considered a genius, he believes that people can only be happy under his rule and views everyone as potential pawns or slaves, including Risuka.
