Dansai Bunri no Crime Edge

Haimura Kiri is a typical young man with one peculiarity: he has an intense fascination with cutting other people's hair. On a particular day, he encounters Mushiyanokouji Iwai, known as the "Hair Queen," who is unable to cut her own locks due to a genetic curse. Kiri learns that his scissors, named "Dansai Bunri no Crime Edge," are the only tool capable of cutting them. However, unbeknownst to him, their encounter initiates an ancient murder game in which participants seek to kill Iwai using cursed killing tools known as the "Killing Goods." Now, Kiri must safeguard Iwai from the owners of these deadly weapons. The game has commenced!
