Canned Happiness, 幸せのかんづめ

A collection of one-shots by manga artist Kazune Kawahara featuring characters such as Emi, Shinako, Kitou, Matsuda, and Tanaka. In each story, the main character faces a personal struggle or challenge that they must overcome in order to find happiness. Emily has been dating Fujii-kun for a month now but their relationship seems no different from when they were still acquaintances. Feeling depressed about her one-sided love, Emily receives a mysterious prize called "Canned Happiness" from her town's raffle. She forgets all about it until a small man with a white beard suddenly appears in front of her. Shinako is constantly worried about her weight and becomes even more so when she discovers that she weighs more than the guy she likes. Determined to lose weight, she starts a diet but embarrassingly, he finds out. Kitou is dating Kawai, a boy one grade below hers, but despite things going well, she can't shake off the feeling that their relationship won't last long. They come from different worlds and Kitou fears that Kawai will soon notice this. Matsuda has trouble expressing her true feelings in front of others, especially Tsumura, whom she likes. Her nervousness causes her to say the opposite of what she means, leading Tsumura to dislike her. Tanaka receives a request from Kondou-senpai to ask out Kawamura as a favor. The plan is for Tanaka to refuse and for Kawamura to push harder until Kondou steps in to save him. However, things don't go as planned when Tanaka unexpectedly says yes.
