Momoko is an aspiring illustrator who lands a job at a fast-paced office that specializes in designing pachinko parlors. The company operates like a yakuza business and employs a designer known for stripping unexpectedly during the night. Despite this, Momoko continues to work long hours and feels overwhelmed by the eccentric behavior of her colleagues. As she sits amidst cigarette smoke and a lack of female empowerment, she wonders if she made a mistake in choosing this career path.

Gozen 3-ji no Muhouchitai was adapted into a drama live-action series by BeeTV in 2013.
